The true harvest of life is intangible...it is in the tints of the morning and evening...it is in the stardust caught...a segment of the rainbow.

A NEW TECHNIQUE I'VE TRIED

I've been enjoying a new mixed media online group, Arttechniques, and have been experimenting with some of the inspiring techniques that the girls have been posting about. These pictures are of a technique called "Flower Pouncing"
and the pictures from a rustic little corner of my 5 acre garden where these lovely little flowers run wild.

I think that it can only get easier from here on, after deliberating about a suitable name for this Blog and actually getting around to giving it a try, so here goes.

Thanks Bethel,

I really love the Lassiandra too, although the colour is a little duller than the flowers, they leave a very clear imprint.

You did a beautiful job on your flower pouncing! I really love how the flowers fade in your 2nd or top piece you did. Thanks for sharing!
